Quality Inn Mt. Pleasant

I had a room with a spa. The Inn is a small property and I like that. The staff was extremely friendly and the desk clerk went above and beyond to work with me on what option was best for me since I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with the hotel. I asked for extra from housekeeping and although her cart was already stocked and accounted for, she still accommodated me. That meant more work for her, yet she maintained a smile and was kind the entire time.

Very nice staff, the area looks a little run down, but everything is comfortable and functional.

The hot breakfast, clean, kind & friendly staff, comfortable beds.

The office staff was really helpful even after I couldn't figure out how to work the key card he walked down to my room with me and help me get in the door above and beyond what he needed to do

The beds were comfortable. The fridge was larger than most motels we have stayed at. The room and bathroom were clean.
